How to make Sin Grano bread from pre-mixes
Things you will need:
- A Stand Mixer with whisk and paddle attachments
- a spatula
- a medium sized bread pan (available at many stores such as Walmart, Canadian Tire and Sears)
- non-stick vegetable spray (make sure it's gluten free)
- vegetable oil (canola or olive oil works well)
- apple cider vinegar
- 3 large eggs (warmed uncracked in very hot tap water for 4 minutes)
- warm water
- measuring cups and measuring spoons
- a 450g bag of either Buck-qui bread or Sun-flax bread Pre-mix
- optional: 2 Tablespoons of partially crushed sunflower seeds if you are making sun-flax bread
- somewhere warm and moist to proof your bread (let it raise). Placing it inside a large cooler or microwave along with a bowl of boiling hot water works well. Having a temperature of about 85 degrees Fahrenheit works best.
Follow the instructions on the back of your bag of pre-mix for correct amounts of water, vinegar and oil.
